Controlled Drugs Cabinets:
Perry Ventures LTD's controlled drugs cabinets comply and exceed the specifications laid down by the safe custody of the controlled drugs act 1973, as set out it the appendices to these regulations for complying cabinets & steel boxes. A copy of which may be obtained upon request to the ministry's drugs division via the home office.
Perry Ventures LTD's controlled drugs cabinets are currently available in five different models to cover all your your requirements. these are: CD2, CD3, CD4, CD4 L/H and Bespoke CD.
Although all external dimensions (excluding bespoke CD's) are specified here we recommend that an additional allowance of 5mm be added to the height and width of the cabinets to offer adequate clearance when fitting. it is advised that good quality anchor fixing bolts and shields be used to secure all of our cabinets to the wall and or floor. Perry Ventures LTD can supply appropriate fixing bolts and shields upon request.
CD2 - H22" x W18" x D10" - (560 x 460 x250mm approx) Weight:40 kilos approx.
The CD2 cabinet has adjustable shelves for both body and door. the door is fitted with 2 locks with additional protection against jimmy bar attack. the cabinet is constructed from high grade mild steel with a powder coat finish.
CD3 - H22" x W22" x D10" - (560 x 560 x 250mm approx) Weight: 46 kilos approx.
The CD3 cabinet has adjustable shelves for both body and door. The door is fitted with 2 locks with additional protection against jimmy bar attack. The cabinet is constructed of high grade mild steel with a powder coat finish.
CD4 - H32" x W18" x D12" - (840 x 460 x 300mm approx) Weight: 56 kilos approx.
The CD4 cabinet has adjustable shelves for both body and door. The door is fitted with a three way bolt and cam lock system. The cabinet is constructed of high grade mild steel with a powder coat finish and is available in either right or left handed models.
Bespoke CD - dimensions - As required to suit, Weight: Dependent upon design (approx.)
The bespoke CD cabinet is made to suit the requirements of the customer, being tailor made to fit the available space given. The cabinet has adjustable shelves in the body, also cylinder locks that sit within a casing to BS standard which secure the door. The doors are hung by a continuous piano hinge running the full length of the body to ensure the strength and security i this style of cabinet. Available with paired keys and a powder coat finish.
