Scabbling - used with dust extraction vacuums to minimise air pollution to remove contamination and high areas of concrete and provide suitable key for screed-work. Diamond grinding - used with dust extraction vacuums to remove minor surface contamination and irregularities.

1) Shot-blasting

Floor Preparation: Captive (dust free) shot-blasting by trained operatives, also scrabbling, diamond grinding and scarifying depending on the surface and specification.

2) Pump Screed

2mm - 20mm thickness in one application up to 2000sqm can be laid per day. further layers can be applied in thicker applications subject to site conditions. Ready to walk on within 24hrs depending on site conditions.

3) Resin Floor Finish

Epoxy and Polyurethane in varying thickness, finish (anti-slip) and a range of different colours.
